We design, plan, and create luxurious weddings and events for our clients. For twenty years we’ve honed our skills to offer a range of services to accommodate the diversity of our clients. Design

Caviar & Banana Events is the artist, idea-maker and aesthetic visionary behind the event or wedding. 


We work with you on everything from selecting a color palette to creating a floor plan, choosing linens, furniture and other rentals, imagining the floral designs and even developing branding for the event or wedding. 


We bring new and innovative ideas to the table and not just harvesting décor from existing sources


Coordination

We know how to make your wedding day run flawlessly. We keep it simple with one package. We have coordinated hundreds of weddings in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and New Orleans.


Every wedding includes a lead coordinator and an assistant. It doesn’t matter the number of guests or type of venue, our goal is to ensure you the best service possible.


An assistant ensures nothing slips through the cracks, your guests are better assisted, and of course your needs are met.


Planning

Caviar & Banana Events acts as a logistical strategist and organizational mastermind. 


We set the timeline and budget for the event, develop partnerships with the creative team (vendors) who will service the event, managing this team, assisting the client with organizational tasks to keep the planning flowing smoothly throughout the process and streamline the activities that take place on the day. 


Our planner is not tasked with generating the design or creative elements of the wedding or event.
